G was so adorable as a shark this Halloween. We got to meet all our new neighbors tonight, too.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday. G wanted to pick up all the pumpkins and was very curious as to what was behind the giant scarecrow.

More new skillz

Griffin's got another new skill. He can point now. He's got a new word, too. It sounds kinda like "Heather" if you had a mouthful of cotton balls. "Hed jur" maybe? He's "talking" to me all day long now. He also says something that sounds like "Whatisit?" if you said it really, really fast.

Parking garage

Griffin got a Little People parking garage yesterday. He's enjoying it so far, as you'll see here. He giggled every time the cars came shooting out the bottom.

Ollie's a teddy bear

Bulldozing

Griffin got this bulldozer for his birthday. He was quite resistant to sitting on it at first, preferring to just push it around. He's warmed up to sitting on it as you can see here.

Tummy pats

Griffin has been slapping his tummy this week. He'll do it when he's really excited or if one of us does it first. It's been hard to capture on film, but here's a quick glimpse.

Happy Birthday

My baby is 1 now!! And you can see from the picture below, he's no longer a baby, but a toddler!

I've been working on a couple paintings for Griffin's room. They're not quite done yet, but you get the idea.

It's a bird's life

Griffin has been waving his arms lately. I think he's trying to fly.

I've been trying to convince him to wave or clap his hands but he's not convinced. He just looks at me like I'm crazy.

Who's entertaining who?

Griffin gives us some good laughs. Sometimes we're not sure who is entertaining who though.

New noises

Griffin has a bunch of new sounds. He's just started making a "da" and "ja" sound. He also goes "Mmmm" and "FFFFssshhh" a lot.

Cheerios

It can be quite humorous to watch Griffin eat. It's amazing that anything makes it into his mouth.
